Things you create or provide
If you sign in or are assigned access, we store account identifiers needed to operate Control Panel login. If you use Contact Us, we collect name, email, optional phone, and message so we can reply. GharFix bookings may include service, address and contact details you submit for that job.
Information collected as you use the services
Servers automatically record request logs: IP address, date and time, URL, browser type, referrer, and similar technical data. Product desks may store session preferences (for example selected strikes or review time) in your browser. We do not sell advertising profiles.
Market and session data
Live desks display market data connected to Indian cash and derivatives sessions on NSE and BSE. That market data is not your personal information. Broker tokens you configure (for example a Kite session token) are used only to fetch data you requested and are not published.
Why we collect data

Keeping your information secure
Access to servers and Control Panel is restricted. HTTPS is used on intradayai.in. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not share broker passwords or one-time passwords in the contact form.
Exporting and deleting your information
Email i9.tradebot@gmail.com to request a copy or deletion of personal data we stored (contact submissions, assigned login identity). We may keep limited records where Indian law requires it (for example security logs).
Retaining your information
Contact messages are kept so we can answer you and prevent abuse. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period. Assigned access records are kept while the account is active and for a short period after it is closed, unless a longer period is required by law.
Tools, signals and Indian exchanges
Every scan, alert, BUY/SELL/WAIT label, gamma view, footprint, PCR, breakout, or similar output is educational market illustration only. Nothing on this site is:
- Investment advice or a solicitation to trade.
- A SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, or intermediary service.
- A guarantee of profit or of matching exchange execution.
Underlying markets referred to are the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE), India, including index and equity derivatives and cash-market symbols where a desk shows them. IntradayAI is not NSE, not BSE, and not an exchange. Exchange trademarks and official data remain theirs. Always verify prices and rules on the exchange or your broker.
Past session screenshots and replay databases are historical study material. Live data can lag, drop, or be incomplete. You accept full responsibility for any trade you place with any broker.
